Turn Down Service is something anyone and everyone could offer but are they truly qualified operators? Do they hold the credentials for the job? Whilst every business is competent in its services, Carmella's Home Solutions has a few more feathers to its cap. Their staff- every one of them are trained and officiated on occupational health and safety apart from the tricks and tips of deep cleaning in turn-down services in housekeeping.

We can handle any facility, whether it is a 5-Bedroom House or Cluster of Condos/Apartments where guest checks out and the interim period before the new guests arrive. CSHS housekeeping staff work shifts to ensure the turn-down services run smoothly at the specified times.

Our evening shift team start their turn-down housekeeping service by taking charge the assigned status report. They adopt full responsibility for signing for the floor key/card, and conclude with adhering to a cleaning time table when the housekeeping turn-down services are completed. Turn-down cleaning services for certain areas such as departure rooms would be when the requirement arises.

• Covid-19 Sanitizing of ALL surfaces

• Cleaning the room(s)

• Replace linen & towels 

• Clean bathroom(s)

• Refill of guest amenities and supplies not only in the refrigerator/pantry but also including towels, soaps and shampoos

Turn-down housekeeping services could also cover pool areas, removal of used towels, sanitizing water areas and other public spaces. What the client sees is the ambiance that contributes to the feeling of well being. 2. Any person(s) that is referred by the owner; owner will receive 1% of their first booking.
