We offer three types of cleaning services. Standard Clean which is a lighter clean t.hat covers all the important areas of the house, perfect if you book a regular clean with us. A Deluxe Clean which includes a standard clean with a few extras. A Deep Clean which is a more thorough clean which we recommend if your house hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the last three months. We can also offer you move in/move out cleans which includes the spot cleaning of all walls and cleaning inside all of your cupboards.
At the moment our cleaners clean in several counties in North Carolina: New Hanover County, Pender County, Onslow County and Brunswick County, in Virginia: Essex County and Fairfax County, in New York: Nassau and Suffolk Counties, in Illinois: Cook County, DuPage County. We clean within a 40 mile radius of each county. If you don’t see where you live on these pages just get in touch at info@carmellashomesolutions.us and we will let you know if we clean in your area or when we plan to start to cleaning there.

We would like to say no, that anything is possible here at Carmella's Home Solutions. However, we don’t clean the outsides of windows, power washing, mow lawns or walk your dog. Yet, we do plan on offering these services in the future and we are growing quickly. If one of these services is something you are interested in just let us know and we will be happy to connect you with a wonderful professional. So, if you do have any special requests or want a hand in arranging any of the above then just get in touch as we would love to help you.

Any request with a smaller time window, the booking is based on cleaner(s) availability. Just give us a call at 800-697-8489 and we will book you in for that short notice clean at a time that suits you.

At Carmella's Home Solutions we call end of tenancy cleans move in/move out cleans because sometimes you need a really thorough clean when you are moving into a new home or out of an old home. Our cleaners work to a check list for move in/move out cleans which includes spot cleaning all the walls and cleaning inside all the cupboards but if there is a specific task you want your cleaning team to focus on, then please let us know.
For property managers we also offer turnover cleanings

You can email or call us. So, if you change your mind and decide to add on an oven clean or choose to book a deep instead of a standard clean we can accommodate that request. If you wish to edit your booking less than 24 hours before your clean then please CALL the Customer Service Team at 910-659-0710.
A deep clean is for first-time customers, customers requesting a spring cleaning or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. We do a LOT of extra things for a deep clean, and we use a much more detailed checklist so we don’t miss all the little spots (e.g. windowsills and on top of the fridge). A deep cleaning MUST be requested; it is not a regular cleaning service.
If you want to just add on extras to a regular cleaning; just select add-ons when you are booking your cleaning.
Once you have completed your online booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is to reassure you that your booking has gone through. We will then contact our best cleaning teams to see who is available to complete your house cleaning. Once we have assigned a cleaner, we will send you another email with their name so you know who to expect.
We will send text message reminders to you days before the clean, and a message to let you know the cleaner is on the way to your home.

Yes and No. If you cancel your clean at least 48 hours in advance there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we have to charge you a cancellation fee of 30%. If you re-book a clean with Carmella's Home Solutions, then part of that cancellation fee will be applied towards your next service.
No, you do not need to be home while we clean your home. If you would like to leave the key with a neighbor or somewhere secure, then we can collect it from there. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you do not cancel your appointment within that time, there will be a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled cleaning time, you will be charged 50% of the booked amount. If you cancel while the cleaners are there or we are locked out, you will be charged for the full amount booked. If you re-book a clean with Carmella's Home Solutions, then part of that cancellation fee will be applied towards your next service.
We charge a flat rate price; per number of bedrooms rather than per hour, this means that you know exactly what we promise to provide, and our cleaners keep working until the job is done. And as our cleaner cleans to a checklist you will know exactly what is included in the price. It really is that simple!

To say thank you we will even offer you a Carmella's Home Solutions discount for booking a recurring service. After your first booking, your future appointments will be automatically booked; so you can expect your cleaner at the same time at every scheduled cleaning.
